What PetPouch is for
PetPouch is a personal pet health tracking tool designed to help you organise and monitor information about your pets. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health needs.
Responsibility for your data
All data you enter into PetPouch is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account, subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for maintaining your iCloud account and any local backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, iCloud account issues, or any other cause.
How you may use PetPouch
You agree to use PetPouch only for its intended purpose of personal pet health tracking. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app or any of its components.
Subscriptions and billing
PetPouch offers optional premium features via auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings under your Apple ID. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
No warranties
PetPouch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the app. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Our liability to you
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetPouch and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or any other damages.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
